Meet The Founders
Dr. Tunji Arowolo, PhD
Dr. Tunji Arowolo is a visionary leader who is driven to improve people's lives through education, having personally experienced its transformative effects. With over 25 years of extensive experience leading global companies and a strong background in technology, he is a calm, determined, and thoughtful leader who inspires positive change in the world.
As the founder and President of Domfas International Leadership Academy, he is committed to building a community of lifelong learners who actively engage in their own development as leaders and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
In addition to his work at the academy, Dr. Arowolo is the current Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at CampusWorks Inc, a company dedicated to making higher education affordable in North America. He also works as an Adjunct Associate Professor, teaching and mentoring graduate students at the University of the Cumberland, Kentucky, U.S.A
Dr. Arowolo holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University, a Master’s degree in information assurance from the University of Dallas, a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Technology from DeVry University, Irving, Texas, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic from the University of Ado-Ekiti. He holds various certifications, including Enterprise IT Governance (CGEIT), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), as well as other designations by the US National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security
Folasade Arowolo, MSN, RN, CRRN, HACP-IC
Mrs. Folasade (Sade) Arowolo (MSN, RN, CRRN, HACP-IC) is the Vice President and Co-founder of Domfas International Leadership Academy. With a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution, she brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare and nursing leadership to her role.
As a seasoned healthcare professional, Sade has served in various capacities, including her current role as the Director of Quality Management at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano and formerly as a Nurse Supervisor at Encompass Health, Dallas, Texas. Her experience encompasses directing quality and risk management initiatives, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Sade is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, National Association for Healthcare Quality, and Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership. She is also proficient in various computer applications and operating systems, further enhancing her ability to lead and innovate in the healthcare and educational sectors.
In her role at Domfas International Leadership Academy, Sade leverages her healthcare leadership experience to contribute to the school's mission of nurturing lifelong learners dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities. As a visionary leader and co-founder, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the academy's educational programs, students and staff wellbeing, and fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation.

Dr. Tanya Boman, EdD
Dr. Tanya Boman, an Executive Advisory Board Member at Domfas International Leadership Academy, possesses a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Development with a concentration in Community College Leadership from Northwestern State University. With over two decades of experience in higher education leadership, Tanya has held various key roles, including Vice President of Student Success and Interim Vice President of Instruction at Lakeshore Technical College (LTC). In these roles, she demonstrated a strong commitment to student success by overseeing admissions, program counseling, financial aid, and professional development initiatives.
Tanya's leadership extends beyond student success to strategic planning and institutional effectiveness. As Vice President of Strategy and Outreach at LTC, she secured significant grant funding, implemented competency-based education programs, and led accreditation efforts. Her expertise in data governance, institutional research, and program evaluation has been instrumental in shaping LTC's strategic direction and enhancing its overall effectiveness. Additionally, Tanya has provided consulting services to various higher educational institutions, offering strategic guidance in areas such as human resources, finance, and business intelligence.

Dr. Chinyere Fidelia Nnajiofor, Ph.D
Dr. Chinyere Fidelia Nnajiofor, known fondly as Lolo Chinyere, is a distinguished leader in academia, public health administration, and scientific research, with a profound commitment to STEM curriculum development. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Petrochemical Engineering, a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education, and a Master of Science degree in Chemistry, all from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Nnajiofor's academic journey reflects her dedication to education and research.
Her academic pursuits culminated in a Ph.D. in Health Services with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Nnajiofor has made significant contributions to education at all levels, having taught Science and Mathematics in middle schools, high schools, and community colleges. Her research endeavors include groundbreaking studies on the effects of instructional models in college preparatory chemistry courses and HIV/AIDS-related stigma and discrimination among women in Nigeria.
Dr. Nnajiofor has also played pivotal roles in curriculum development, teacher training, and school improvement programs, focusing on enhancing STEM education and promoting active learning strategies. She has received numerous accolades for her excellence in teaching, including the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Master of Science Award for Excellence.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Nnajiofor has served in leadership roles, including as a Department of Health Sciences Faculty Professor at Liberty University and as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College. Her dedication to education and research, coupled with her passion for improving student outcomes, makes her a valuable asset to the Executive Advisory Board of Domfas International Leadership Academy.
Mr. Dan Duffy, PhD (ABD), MBA.
Mr. Dan Duffy brings over three decades of transformative leadership in Information Technology (IT) to his role as an esteemed member of the Executive Advisory Board at Domfas International Leadership Academy. Throughout his career, Dan has been dedicated to implementing strategic changes that support student success, optimize operations, and align people, processes, and technology. He is known for his innovative and customer-focused approach, consistently delivering results that drive organizational excellence.
With a diverse background spanning various educational institutions and IT consulting firms, Dan has served in key leadership positions such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President for Information Resources. His experience includes spearheading digital transformations, IT strategic planning, governance, and service delivery for renowned institutions like Seattle University, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Walla Walla Community College, among others.
Dan's educational journey includes a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from Seattle University, complemented by an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University. He is a visionary leader and a skilled communicator, passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes and drive institutional success. Mrs. Matilda Okimi, PhD (ABD), MSc.
Mrs. Matilda Okimi, an esteemed member of the Executive Advisory Board at Domfas International Leadership Academy, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in education to the table. With a background in both the Midland Independent School District and Leander Independent School District of Texas, USA, Matilda has dedicated her career to shaping the minds of students and empowering educators. As the lead consultant of Teachers With A Vision (TWAV) Initiatives, a non-profit organization she founded, Matilda is committed to equipping teachers with the skills and resources needed to educate twenty-first-century learners effectively.
Matilda's educational journey includes certifications in Early Childhood Education to 6th grade, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Gifted and Talented education (GT). She holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University in Arizona and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree at the National University of California. Matilda's dedication to excellence in education has been recognized through various accolades, including an award for Project-Based Learning from Rice University.
Passionate about preparing both teachers and learners for global competence education, Matilda strives to foster a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness. Her vision for education extends beyond the classroom, aiming to empower individuals to become lifelong learners and active contributors to a diverse and interconnected world.
Mr. David Boman
Mr. David Boman is an Executive Advisory Board Member at Domfas International Leadership Academy, bringing a wealth of experience in project management, IT, and corporate strategy. With a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same institution, David possesses a strong educational background complemented by extensive professional expertise.
Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a remarkable ability to plan and execute large, complex projects across diverse industries. He has successfully implemented multiple ERPs from various vendors, led international IT initiatives, and managed critical technology projects for major corporations and educational institutions.
David's strategic leadership and project management skills have been instrumental in driving organizational success and achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions, establishing governance structures, and building high-performing teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
