Technology And Schools

Kindergarten & Primary School

Our technology instruction starts in kindergarten with our 1:1 computer-based programs. We leverage technology in our classrooms from kindergarten through high school to enhance students’ learning and leadership skills in a variety of ways. In kindergarten and primary school, we use interactive tool to engage students in activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and other basic skills. For example, we leverage interactive whiteboards, tablets, and educational games to make learning fun and interactive, keeping students engaged and motivated.

Middle School

In middle school, we use technology to support project-based learning and teamwork. For example, our students use collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets to work together on group projects, and communication tools such as Zoom, to connect with classmates and experts in various fields. In addition, our students use digital portfolios to document their progress and reflect on their learning experiences.

High School

In high school, technology is used to support personalized learning, as well as to prepare students for college and career opportunities. For example, students use learning management systems (LMS) to access course materials and communicate with teachers and use interactive tools to practice their skills. Furthermore, our students’ use of technology such as coding or 3D printing, IR and VR helps them to develop their problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills.

The use of technology in our classrooms from kindergarten through high school, provides opportunities for students to enhance their learning and leadership skills, and serves as a springboard to providing interactive, engaging, and personalized learning opportunities, supporting project-based learning and teamwork, and preparing the students for college and career opportunities.
