Nothing is more important to parents than the security of their children. This is why at Domfas we place the highest priority on ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. Our campus is in a secure estate with carefully designed and thoughtfully implemented security protocols that include secure entry and exit procedures, advanced camera systems with 24/7 monitoring (with cloud backups) throughout the campus, conduct regular lockdown drills, and we have a designated emergency response plan in place. Additionally, our school hired trained security personnel, and conducts background checks on all staff and volunteers. We believe that by taking these steps, we can create a safe and secure learning environment for all students. Parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands at Domfas, as we provide the best possible security measures to protect them.
Our Teachers
At Domfas International Leadership Academy, our teachers receive rigorous initial training in their areas of curriculum implementation, health and safety, classroom management, and leadership development research. This training helps ensure that teachers have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide students with a high-quality education. Additionally, teachers participate in ongoing professional development opportunities through partnerships with local and international organizations. These programs are designed to enhance the teachers’ expertise and provide them with the latest research and best practices in education.

Study Abroad Program
The Domfas International Leadership Academy provides student an opportunity for a Study Abroad Program. The program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn about different cultures and to participate in international experiences through our network of global sister schools.
The program is determined based on the academic performance and behavior of students, and students who meet the criteria are selected to participate in the program. The criteria may include grades, attendance, and other indicators of a student’s commitment to learning and personal responsibility.
Technology
Preparing students to live and thrive in a technology-driven world is a primary goal at Domfas International Leadership Academy. We improve learning experiences and enhance student engagement with a blend of synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. With technologies such as 3D printing, Virtual reality, and augmented reality technology, we deliver a hybrid learning, better engage students through impactful virtual experiences and expand access to education. Our students utilize computer-based assessment tools to track their development in Literacy, Math, and critical thinking skills; while our teachers utilize Smart Board Technology, AR/VR, 3D printing to improve classroom instruction.
Our Kindergartens through school age sharpens their skills as they learn subjects that includes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEAM). We also help our student develop social skills through their participation in programs such as visual or performing arts, debates, dance, design, painting, photography, and writing using state of the art systems and technologies.
